group intensives

Who it’s for:

Our one-year, condition-specific, group intensives are designed specifically for people looking for a BIG transformation, especially if you’ve tried a lot of programs in the past or have struggled with your health for a long time.
These high-touch programs offer much more structure than our DIY or Guided programs and incorporate multiple forms of support.
These programs require a few hours of commitment per week, more depending on the activities of focus and how much you engage with other members of your group and your group’s Practitioner.
These programs are not for everyone, and we like to speak to each individual looking to join an Intensive to ensure the program is a good fit both for you and for us. When you book a call, you are not committing to anything by coming to the conversation and we promise a safe, no-pressure environment.

How it work

Group Sessions:

Your group, along with the Practitioner leading your Intensive, will meet once per week for 90 minutes. Each group has a minimum of 5 members and is capped at 20 people.

The Structure:

Depending on which group you join, the structure of these calls will vary slightly but will follow a similar format:


A short weekly learning focus, delivered seminar style
Exercises, done with a partner or small group
Sharing and coaching opportunities

Individual Sessions

You will meet individually with your Practitioner multiple times throughout the year, again in a 90-minute format.

Consider these your clinic sessions, where you will work with your practitioner to determine individual nutritional needs and create a custom plan, as well as discuss any other diagnostic or supplement options that might be useful. This is where you can get coaching and guidance on personal barriers, challenges, or roadblocks you might experience, and ongoingly adjust your plan to your needs.

Community Support

You will have access to your Practitioner and other members of your group through the BFP Community on a dedicated channel.

You can also engage with members of the broader BFP Community outside of your Intensive through this portal.

The Focus:

We have a number of BFP Intensives running at any given time. Each group has a particular condition or set of conditions that it focuses on, for example, High-Performance Burnout for Women, Cancer Recovery, Natural Management of Age-Related Illnesses, etc.

That means you work through the program with a group of people tackling the same challenges you are.

  The Methodology:

We adhere to the Introspective Wellness methodology. If you’ve completed the Intro to Introspective Wellness course, you already have a good sense of the kind of material we work through in a BFP Intensive. In these intensives, the goal is to combine Introspective Wellness, condition-specific information, and expert guidance in a way that leads to meaningful, sustainable change.
